Every SynaDentix order is backed by a 90-day, 100% money-back guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your results, you may request a refund within 90 days of receiving your order.
To request a refund, contact our customer support team at support@eng--synadentix.com with your order number and shipping details. Our team will guide you through the return process.
Refund requests must be submitted within 90 days of the original delivery date. Please retain your order confirmation as proof of purchase eligibility.
Once your refund request is approved, please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your original payment method, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Original shipping charges, where applicable, are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
